How It Works

Structured delivery,
every step of the way.

There's no ambiguity in how we work. Every engagement follows the same four-stage process — from the initial brief through to a documented shortlist ready for your final decision.

01

Stage One

Brief & Alignment

Every engagement starts with clarity. Before any sourcing begins, we take the time to understand the role in full — not just the job description, but the business context behind it. What does success actually look like in this position? What signals matter to your hiring stakeholders? What has been tried before, and why didn't it work?

This stage is about building the framework we'll use to make every downstream decision. The quality of what we deliver later is a direct result of the rigour we apply here.

Role Brief Criteria Setting Stakeholder Alignment

What we cover in alignment

  • Role requirements, scope, and reporting structure
  • Must-have vs. desirable candidate criteria
  • Hiring stakeholder priorities and decision-making process
  • Previous hiring attempts and what didn't land
  • Timeline, urgency, and volume expectations
  • Your preferred communication and update cadence
02

Stage Two

Structured Sourcing

With a clear brief in place, we build a targeted sourcing approach designed to generate a consistent, qualified candidate flow — not a one-time flood of speculative profiles. We use your criteria as the filter at every stage, so what reaches you has already been measured against what you told us matters.

Sourcing is ongoing throughout the engagement. We don't stop when we find a few candidates — we maintain the pipeline so your options stay open and your decisions don't feel forced.

Targeted Sourcing Active Outreach Pipeline Management

How we approach sourcing

  • Multi-channel sourcing strategy tailored to the role
  • Active and passive candidate identification
  • Personalised outreach aligned to your brand positioning
  • Criteria-first filtering before any profile is progressed
  • Ongoing pipeline refresh to sustain candidate flow
  • Regular reporting on sourcing activity and output
03

Stage Three

Screening & Qualification

Every candidate who passes sourcing is screened against the brief before reaching you. We assess fit against the role criteria, document our findings clearly, and only progress candidates who meet the standard we've agreed on. No noise. No maybes passed off as prospects.

Screening notes are structured and consistent — so your hiring managers can evaluate candidates quickly, confidently, and without needing to re-ask the same questions.

Structured Screening Documented Notes Criteria-Based Assessment

What screening includes

  • Initial qualification calls conducted against the brief
  • Assessment of motivations, availability, and expectations
  • Documentation of key findings for each candidate
  • Criteria-mapped scoring to support your evaluation
  • Red flag identification and escalation where relevant
  • Clear recommendation on suitability for progression
04

Stage Four

Shortlist Delivery

You receive a focused shortlist — structured, documented, and ready for your team to evaluate without additional prep. Each candidate is presented with clear screening notes so the decision-making process can move at pace.

We stay available through final stages to support scheduling, provide additional context, or adjust the brief if requirements shift. The process doesn't stop at delivery — we're with you through to a successful outcome.

Structured Shortlist Interview Support Outcome Tracking

What you receive

  • Focused shortlist of qualified, screened candidates
  • Individual screening summaries for each profile
  • Criteria-aligned assessment ready for hiring manager review
  • Support with interview scheduling and coordination
  • Feedback loop to refine the brief if needed
  • Post-shortlist availability through to offer stage
What to Expect

Consistency you can plan around

Regardless of the engagement type, these are the principles that govern how we work on every role, with every client.

No guesswork at any stage

Every decision we make is traceable to the brief. If something progresses or doesn't, you'll know exactly why — documented, clearly, at every step.

Regular updates without chasing

We communicate proactively — pipeline status, candidate progress, sourcing activity. You won't need to follow up to find out where things stand.

Quality over volume, every time

We don't pad shortlists to look busy. Every candidate we put forward has earned the right to be there through our screening process.

Structured delivery across all services

Whether it's a single role or an RPO engagement, the process is the same. You get the same structure, the same documentation, and the same standard.

Aligned to your workflow, not ours

We integrate into how you already operate. Your ATS, your communication preferences, your hiring standards. We adapt — you don't have to.

Visible at every stage

You always know where the pipeline stands, what's been sourced, what's been screened, and what's coming. Full transparency, no black boxes.

How long does it take to get started? +
Most engagements can be up and running within 48 hours of an alignment call. The brief and criteria-setting process is thorough but efficient — we move quickly once we have what we need.
How many roles can you work on at once? +
This depends on the engagement type. Staff Augmentation and RPO models are designed for multi-role, ongoing support. For Direct Placement we work on a defined set of roles at a time to maintain delivery quality. We'll agree scope clearly at the outset.
Do you work with our ATS and existing tools? +
Yes. We integrate into your existing workflow — including your ATS, communication tools, and reporting preferences. You shouldn't have to change how you operate to work with us.
What if the brief changes mid-engagement? +
Hiring requirements shift — that's normal. We build in a feedback loop at every stage so we can adjust criteria, sourcing approach, or screening focus as needed. No engagement is locked into a brief that no longer reflects reality.
How do you handle confidentiality for white label work? +
For white label engagements, we operate entirely under your brand. Candidates and clients interact with your firm, not ours. We're happy to sign appropriate confidentiality agreements before any work begins.
What roles or functions do you recruit for? +
We support hiring across marketing and brand, operations and business support, sales and business development, and general business functions. For recruitment firms, we work across the mandates you bring us. See the Who We Work With page for more detail.
